These spicy baked chickpeas are a satisfying, crunchy and nutritious snack without all the nasties.
Snack on them whenever you feel peckish, meal prep them or use them as croutons on soups and salads. The options are (almost) endless!

Ingredients:
⌁1 can of chickpeas
⌁1/2 tsp garlic powder
⌁1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
⌁1/8 tsp paprika powder
⌁1 tsp nutritional yeast
⌁1 tsp olive oil
⌁salt to taste
Method:
Drain and wash the chickpeas, then dry them well.
In a bowl, add the olive oil and all spices. Mix well, ensuring that every chickpea is coated in spices, and spread them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 180ºC until the chickpeas are golden brown and crunchy.
