I got inspired by my friend Romy to talk about my favourite products and brands once per month on here. There are so many brands that I love but I never really get to share them with you guys, so I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to do so. Full disclosure: this segment is completely unsponsored, these are just brands that I genuinely love.
Christmas time is my favourite time of the year. To me, it’s all about family reunions, delicious food, cosy nights in and of course presents. By this I don’t mean receiving presents, but I actually LOVE giving presents and seeing the people that I love open them. I love making people happy, it just fills me with joy. Can you relate?
For this first edition of Kiki’s Meals’ favourites (or Kiki’s Meals’ favorites as my dear American readers would say), I wanted to include a bit of everything, so you might even get inspired to get some last minute Christmas presents from this list! I’m also posting a bit earlier than I will in the future for the same reason.
I recently found out about this brand as I was scrolling through Instagram and I just fell in love with their beautiful photography, their message and, of course their products. It just so happened that they contacted me about a month after that to send me some products for me to try. I knew I was going to like them right from the start, so of course they deserve a mention in my favourites.
Organic Basics is a Copenhagen-based clothing company that creates sustainable, well manufactured basics. They care about sustainability, high quality and fair standards, which is what I’m all about. I got a black t-shirt, a mug and a bag from them and I have been wearing the t shirt to death! It is so soft and it really feels amazing on.
They also offered my followers a coupon code for 15% off: KIKISMEALSXOBFR15 (not sponsored). Get your better made Organic Basics at OrganicBasics.com
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know how much I love this brand. They are based in Germany and sell super high quality, vegan hot chocolates that are infused with hemp CBD. It is the perfect beverage to have after a long day, and it just feels like the ultimate self-care moment when I make one for myself and drink it while catching up with Netflix’s latest shows. My favourite is the Basic variety, shortly followed by the mint one. I simply mix 2 teaspoons of it with a little bit of hot water to dissolve and then I top it with some hot and foamy oat milk and a dollop of coconut cream. Delicious!
I’ve actually met Dave, who is one of the founders, at the Berlin Vegan Festival in the Summer, and he as well as his team are the nicest people ever. You can tell that all of the people involved in the brand really care where their product comes from, which is exactly as it should be. Go get your own ChillChoc at ChillChoc.de!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I LOVE Veganuary and everything they stand for. They help so many people transition into a plant based lifestyle and are a powerful voice in the vegan movement. This is why I was SO happy when they sent me a copy of their new book, ‘How To Go Vegan‘. It is a detailed guide on how to give veganism a go and enjoy it, as well as reasons to go vegan and all the science behind it. If you or someone you know is considering veganism, definitely check this book out.

This vegan eggnog has to be my favourite holiday drink. I usually make it without alcohol and it’s delicious, but I added some bourbon in the other night when I had a friend over and it was amazing!
Last but not least, my puppy is my absolute favourite during this, and every month! You can follow his adventures HERE. You can also get the recipe for these delicious vegan pupcakes I made for him HERE.
Now it’s your turn. What are some things you’ve been enjoying this month, and companies that you appreciate? Let me know on Instagram or in the comments below.
